1. Open your PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.
2. On the right-side pane, click More Tools
3. Click Print Production
4. On the right-side pane, click Preflight
5. Click PDF Fixups, then click Flatten annotations and form fields.
6. Click Analyze and Fix
7. Type your file name and save your file.
