Exporting emails from HubSpot allows you to download email performance data for reporting and analysis.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- From the left side navigation bar, click Marketing Menu, then select Email from the dropdown options.
- Locate the email you want to export or stay on the email dashboard for bulk export.
- Click Export emails to start downloading your selected data.
- In the pop-up window, choose your preferred file format (e.g., CSV, XLSX), then click Export.
- All set! Your export will arrive in your inbox shortly.
