How to Export Deals from HubSpot

Use this interactive demo to learn how to export deals from HubSpot.

Exporting deals from HubSpot allows you to download your deal data for reporting, backups, or external use.

Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
From the left navigation bar, click CRM Menu, then select Deals from the dropdown options.
Locate the deal you want to export.
Click Export to start downloading your deal data.
In the pop-up window, choose your preferred file format (e.g., CSV, XLSX), then click the Export button.
You’re all set! Your deals have been successfully exported.
