To export data from a Power BI visualization, open the visual's More Options menu, select Export Data, choose your data type and file format, then click Export to download the file.
Steps
- Inside your Power BI report, hover over the visualization you want to export, then click its More Options button.
- Choose Export Data from the list of available options.
