Salesforce Data Export lets administrators bulk download all CRM records directly from Advanced Setup in just a few clicks. Using the built-in Data Export tool, you can select all objects at once and trigger a full org backup without any third-party tools.
Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the dashboard to open the setup menu.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown options.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Data Export.
- Click Export Now to initiate the export process.
- Select Include all data to export every object and record at once.
- Click Start Export to confirm and begin the full data export.
- Wait for a notification once the export is complete and ready to download.
