Enriching inbound leads in HubSpot allows you to automatically add more data (such as company details, job titles, and contact info) to improve lead quality and segmentation.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
  2. Click on CRM, and select Contacts from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the contact you'd like to enrich with additional data.
  4. Click Enrich records to automatically fill in missing contact details.
  5. Review the enrichment options in the pop-up, then click Enrich Records to proceed and update your selected contacts.
