This demo walks through the exact steps to enable SSO in Salesforce using the Advanced Setup panel and Federated Single Sign-On with SAML. Admins can configure SAML-based authentication directly from the Salesforce dashboard in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the Salesforce dashboard to open settings.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Single Sign-Out Settings.
- Click Edit to open the SSO configuration form.
- Under Federated Single Sign-On Using SAML, enable the SAML Enabled option.
- Click Save to apply and confirm your SSO settings.
