1. Open your PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.
2. On the right-side pane, click More Tools.
3. Click Rich Media.
4. On the Rich Media Tools above, click Add Video.
5. Click and drag on the page where you want the video to appear. 
6. In the Insert dialog box, either choose a video file or paste a video URL.
7. Once you have added your URL or added your video file, click OK.
8. Click the video area to play it.
9. Click Close to exit Rich Media options.
