Use this interactive demo to learn how to email receipts to Expensify.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to email receipts to Expensify (New).

  1. Open Expensify and sign in.
  2. Click your profile icon on the left sidebar.
  3. Look for Contact methods.
  4. You can add an email address or phone number to forward receipts to Expensify.
  5. Take note of the email and phone number presented.
  6. Open your email app.
  7. Create an email and attach your receipt file.
  8. Send it to the email presented earlier.
  9. The receipt will appear in your account.

Note: Emails or phone numbers added to Contact methods are what you use to forward the receipt to Expensify via the email or phone number presented. Only US numbers are allowed for using phone numbers.
