Steps
- Navigate to an object tab such as Accounts, Contacts, or Leads using the top menu or the App Launcher.
- On the object page, hover over the gear icon labeled List View Controls to open editing options.
- Click Rename to change the name of the current list view.
- Click Sharing Settings to define which users or groups can access and view the list.
- Click Select Fields to Display to choose which fields appear as columns in the list view.
