It is very easy to duplicate a plan in Microsoft Planner. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:
- Head over to the left-side panel and click 'My Plans'.
- After that, select the plan you wish to duplicate.
- Navigate to the top menu bar, then click the drop-down arrow next to the plan name.
- Subsequently, click 'Copy Plan' to proceed.
- Come up with a unique plan name for the duplicate and enter it into the provided input field.
- Following that, tap the 'Group' menu and select the group where the plan is currently stored.
- Tick the checkbox beside the attachments you want to include.
- Once done, click 'Copy' to continue.
- Finally, the selected plan in your Microsoft Planner will be duplicated and added to the My Plans tab.
