How to Duplicate a Deal in HubSpot

Duplicating a deal in HubSpot allows you to quickly recreate an existing deal with similar details, saving time on manual entry.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
2. Click CRM from the left side panel, and select Deals from the dropdown menu.
3. Locate the deal you want to duplicate and click on its name to open the record.
4. Click the Actions Button at the top left of the deal record to open more options.
5. Select the Clone deal from the dropdown list to create a copy of the deal.
6. Review and edit the duplicated deal properties if needed, then click the Create Button to finalize and save the duplicated deal.
7. Your deal has been successfully duplicated and is ready for use.
