Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the Salesforce dashboard to open settings.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Data Export.
- Click Export Now to initiate the export process.
- Select the data type you want to export from the available options.
- Click Start Export to begin generating your export file.
- Wait for confirmation that your data is being exported successfully.
