Steps
- Click on your profile icon or your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click on 'My Account'.
- In the 'My Account' section, find and click on 'Billing Details'.
- If you are mid-billing cycle and cannot downgrade directly, cancel auto-renewal by clicking 'Cancel'.
- Review the cancellation terms and the date your account will downgrade, then click the checkbox to confirm.
- Confirm you want to stop auto-renewal and avoid future charges by clicking 'Yes, cancel my subscription'.
