How to Downgrade SurveyMonkey Account
Downgrading your SurveyMonkey account means changing from a paid plan to the free Basic plan. Here’s how to do it:
- Click on your profile icon or your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click on 'My Account'.
- In the 'My Account' section, find and click on 'Billing Details'.
- If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, you might not be able to directly downgrade. In that case, cancel the auto-renewal and click 'Cancel'.
- Make sure to review the cancellation terms and date your account will downgrade. Click the check box.
- Confirm that you want to stop auto-renewal to prevent being charged for the next billing period by clicking 'Yes, cancel my subscription.
