Quick summary
This demo shows how to disable SSO for an individual user in Salesforce by editing their profile settings in Advanced Setup. Admins can revoke single sign-on access without affecting other users by unchecking the Is Single Sign-On Enabled option and saving the change.
Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the Salesforce dashboard to open settings.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Profiles.
- Select the target user profile, then click Edit next to it.
- Find the Is Single Sign-On Enabled option and uncheck it to disable SSO.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply the changes.
