This demo shows how to disable MFA in Salesforce by navigating to Identity Verification settings inside Advanced Setup and turning off the required identity verification options. Salesforce admins can follow these steps to remove the mandatory multi-factor authentication requirement for their org's users.
Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the dashboard to open the settings menu.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown options.
- In the Quick Find search box, type and select Identity Verification.
- Under Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), disable the 'Require identity verification' options.
- Scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
