How to Delete Multiple Leads in Salesforce

Steps

1. Click the gear icon at the top right of the Salesforce dashboard.
2. Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
3. In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Mass Delete Records.
4. Choose Mass Delete Leads from the available options.
5. Select the checkboxes beside the leads you want to remove, or check the Name option to select all leads at once.
6. Click the Delete button to permanently remove the selected leads.
