Quick summary
Deleting a lead in Salesforce takes just a few clicks using the lead record's dropdown menu. Navigate to the Leads tab, open the record, and confirm deletion to permanently remove it from your CRM.
Steps
- Click the Leads tab at the top of the page, or access it through the App Launcher.
- Select a lead from the list to open its record.
- Within the lead page, click the dropdown button beside Edit at the top right.
- Choose Delete from the dropdown menu.
- Click Delete again in the confirmation dialog to permanently remove the lead.
