How to Delete a Replit Account

This tutorial shows how to permanently delete your Replit account and remove your data from the platform.

Notes:

• Deleting your account is permanent. Your projects, files, and account data cannot be recovered after deletion.
• Download or back up any code you want to keep before proceeding.
• If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges. See How to Cancel Replit Subscription first.
  

1. Sign in at replit.com and click your profile icon to open the dropdown menu, and select Account. 
2. In your Account Settings, click the Billing tab.
3. In the Billing tab, select Manage Subscription.
4. Scroll down and click Request Account Deletion.‍
5. Follow the on-screen prompts and click Yes, Delete my Account to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
