Deleting your Monday.com account permanently removes your workspace and all associated data.
- Log in to your Monday.com account and open your workspace dashboard.
- Click the grid icon at the top right corner of the screen to open the apps menu.
- Select Admin at the bottom of the list to open the admin settings.
- Click Billing from the settings panel on the left side.
- Open the Overview section under Billing.
- Click Close account and follow the confirmation prompts.
- Click Close account again to finalize the process.
- You have now successfully closed your Monday.com account.
- Go to monday.com again and a message will appear saying “Your account has been closed.”
- Select "Delete my account data" to proceed with removing all workspace information.
- Confirm by clicking "Delete account data for good" to finalize the deletion.
- Enter your password in the confirmation field to verify your identity.
- Click "Delete data anyway" to complete the process and remove your account permanently.
