How to Delete a HubSpot Account

Use this interactive demo to learn how to delete your HubSpot account.

Deleting a HubSpot account permanently removes your data, users, and access to the platform.

Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
Click on your Profile Icon from the top right corner, and select Account & Billing from the dropdown options.
In this section, click on Delete Account tab to start the account removal process.
Confirm by clicking "Delete account" again.
Enter your Hub ID in the confirmation field, then click Yes, delete to permanently remove your account.
Hit "Yes, delete" to finalize and remove your account permanently.
All done! Your account has been successfully deleted.

Deleting your account gives you a clean slate when switching to different CRM platforms or consolidating multiple business tools. Beyond simply stopping your subscription, permanent deletion ensures your company data doesn't remain accessible in databases you no longer control.
