Creating scheduling pages in HubSpot allows you to share your availability and let contacts book meetings with you automatically.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- Click Sales from the left sidebar, then select Meetings Scheduler from the dropdown menu.
- Click Create scheduling page to begin building your meeting link.
- Choose One-on-One for individual meetings with prospects or clients.
- Enter an Internal name, confirm the Organizer, add an Event title, set the Location or videoconference link, and write a Description if needed.
- Click Next to move on to availability preferences.
- Set the Duration options, confirm your Time zone, and define your Availability window by selecting days and time slots.
- Enable the Confirmation email and toggle the Pre-meeting reminder if you want to notify attendees before the meeting, then click Create scheduling page to publish your meeting link.
- Your scheduling page is live and ready to share.
