Creating custom properties in HubSpot allows you to store additional data for contacts, companies, deals, or tickets.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- Head to Settings in the top right corner—this is where the magic happens.
- Navigate to Properties under Data Management.
- Click Create property to start building your custom property.
- Select an Object type, choose a Group, enter a Property name, and select a Field type to define your custom property.
- Once done with the setup, click Create to save your custom property.
- You’re all set—your custom property is now ready to store data in HubSpot.
