Creating chatbots in HubSpot allows you to automate conversations, qualify leads, and provide instant responses to website visitors.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- On the left sidebar, click on Service, then select Chatflows from the list.
- Click the Create chatflow button to begin.
- Click Set up chat to configure your chatbot settings.
- Choose Website or Mobile as your platform, then click Next.
- Customize the chat widget by selecting a Color and choosing a Font to match your branding.
- Set your Chat availability, enabling 24/7 option if needed, and configuring the availability behavior and reply time, then click Next.
- Set the Chat heading, assign users, write a Welcome message, configure assignment settings, then click Next to proceed.
- Click Publish to make your chatflow live on your website.
- Your live chat is connected and ready to engage visitors.
