Steps
- Go to Conversations on your HubSpot dashboard.
- Click on Templates in the left navigation menu.
- Select New Template to start creating a template.
- Pick From scratch from the drop-down menu to build a custom template.
- Give your template a unique name to identify it easily.
- Add an engaging subject line, keeping it under 45 characters for best results.
- Write your template body content in the email editor.
- Optionally set the template as private or shared, assign it to a folder, and apply formatting options to the email body.
- Click Save template to store your new template.
- View and manage your saved template from the Templates dashboard.
