Here's how to do it:
- Open Dropbox and log in to your account.
- Right-click the file you want to share and choose Copy Link.
- Change the end of the URL from ?dl=0 to ?dl=1.
- This modification forces the file to download automatically when someone clicks the link.
- When shared, this new link will prompt an automatic download rather than opening the Dropbox preview page.
