Here's how to do it:
- Go to Coda.io and click "New Doc".
- Name your document (e.g., Sprint Planning).
- Click “Insert” → Select “Table”.
- Add relevant columns.
- Click "Options" and choose "Board" to group tasks by Status or Sprint Number.
- Create a "Backlog" or "In Progress" section.
- Add sprint goals & notes.
- Click "Share" and assign roles for collaboration.
