Creating a snippet in HubSpot allows you to save reusable text blocks for emails, chats, and notes to improve efficiency.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- On the left side panel, click on CRM tab, and select Snippets from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Create snippet button at the top right corner.
- Enter a Snippet name, add a Shortcut for quick access, and write your Snippet body with the message you want to reuse.
- Click Save snippet to create your snippet and make it available for use across emails, notes, and conversations.
- You’re all set—your snippet is now ready to use in emails, chats, and CRM records.
