Creating a segment in HubSpot allows you to group contacts or companies based on specific criteria using lists.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, click CRM menu and select Segments from the dropdown list.
- Click " Create Segment” in the top-right corner.
- Select the object type (Contacts or Companies).
- Click Next to move forward and define your segment criteria.
- Enter a segment name for your list.
- Hit Next again to review your segment setup before saving.
- Click Save and process segment to finalize and start building your list.
- Your segment is now created and ready to use in HubSpot.
