Quick summary
You can create a schedule in Notion by inserting a calendar view into a page, adding dated items with to-do lists, and attaching timestamps and reminders to each task. This method turns a blank Notion page into a fully functional daily planner with built-in time tracking.
Steps

- Click the three dotted icon for more options and choose a database to link to your new calendar.
- Hover over any day in the calendar and click the (+) icon that appears to add a schedule item.
- Enter a title for the new item — it functions like a full page and can be expanded.

- Type the @ symbol to browse additional options and add a timestamp to your to-do list.
- Select the suggested timestamp option from the dropdown and click to insert it next to your task.
