Steps
- Click 'Create' and select 'Zap' to start a new automation.
- Search for and select 'Notion' as your trigger app.
- Select a trigger event, such as 'Create Database Item' or 'Update Database Item'.
- Sign in to your Notion account and grant Zapier access.
- Specify the conditions that will trigger the Zap.
- Click 'Test trigger' to continue.
- Click 'Continue with selected record'.
- Search for and select 'OneNote' as the action app.
- Select an action event, such as 'Create Note' or 'Append Note'.
- Sign in to your OneNote account and grant Zapier access.
- Specify the action details based on the data from Notion.
- Ensure the action is successfully carried out in OneNote based on the Notion trigger.
- Rename your Zap by clicking 'Untitled Zap' and entering a new name.
- Click 'Publish' to activate your Zap.
- Your Notion–OneNote integration is now live, enabling seamless note management and enhanced productivity across both platforms.
