How to Copy Notion Page to Another Account

Use this interactive demo to learn how to share and copy Notion pages across different accounts.

Quick summary

To copy Notion pages to another account, you create a container page, drag all target pages inside it, then share it with full access so the recipient can copy the sub-pages into their own workspace. This method works entirely within Notion's native Share feature without any third-party tools.

Steps

  1. Create a new page in Notion to use as a container for all the pages you want to share.
  2. Enter a title for the new container page to identify it clearly.
  3. Drag the pages you want to share into the new container page folder.
  4. Repeat the drag-and-drop process for every additional page you wish to include.
  5. Review the container page to confirm it looks correct with all sub-pages nested inside.
  6. Click the Share button in the top right corner of the page.
  7. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the pages with.
  8. Or select the recipient from the recommended list in the share panel.
  9. Ensure the recipient is set to Full access permission level.
  10. If the permission is not set correctly, click the dropdown to change access options.
  11. Click the Invite button to send the share invitation.
  12. Confirm the Share button now shows the recipient has full access — they can now view and copy all pages into their own workspace by dragging them out.

📌 Why this matters

Sharing and copying Notion pages across accounts is a common workflow challenge for teams, freelancers, and clients who collaborate across separate Notion workspaces. Notion does not offer a one-click export-to-another-account feature, making this folder-and-share method the most reliable native solution. By grouping pages into a shared container and granting full access, users can transfer entire sets of Notion pages without losing structure or content. This approach saves significant time for anyone who needs to duplicate Notion templates, hand off projects, or onboard new team members across different accounts.
