Steps
- Click Create Flow and choose a template to start building your mutual action plan.
- Select the customer's company to associate the plan with the right account.
- Connect your CRM to sync and track your deals automatically.
- Review the left pane for a high-level overview of the entire plan.
- Organize your mutual action plan stages using the left sidebar, divided by different action stages.
- Click on any action item to edit its content or update due dates.
- Embed content and add links and CTAs to guide your customer without friction.
- Set due dates and mark individual actions as done to track progress.
- Add videos to action plan steps to provide additional context for your customer.
- Use the share button to send your plan to customers in one click.
- Generate a shareable link or send an email invite to distribute the plan across platforms.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders directly on the same page for clear, contextual conversations.
