Quick summary
This demo walks you through how to create a dashboard in Amplitude step by step, from selecting a blank template to adding charts, text, and existing content. Once built, your Amplitude dashboard can be customized, expanded, and shared with your team.
Steps
- Navigate to the top-left corner and click the Create button.
- Hover over the Dashboard option, then click Start From a Blank Dashboard.
- Click Add Content to begin populating your new dashboard.
- Select the type of content to add — choose from existing content or create a new chart, text, video, or image.
- For existing content, find the item you want and click the Add Item button next to it.
- Click the Title field and enter a unique label that best describes your dashboard.
- Write a short dashboard description and type it into the provided input field.
- Your dashboard is created — you can now customize it further, add more content, or share it with others.
