How to Create a Critical Path in Microsoft Project

Here’s how to do it:

1. Open your Microsoft Project and select a task you want to drag to create a critical path.
2. Once you have dragged the task forward, then it becomes part of the critical path.
3. In the Planning Wizard dialog box, select 'Move the task to start on Thursday and keep the link'.
4. Click 'OK' to save the changes.
5. By doing these, you can create a critical path in your Microsoft Project.
