Quick summary
A collaborative YouTube playlist lets multiple users add or remove videos by sharing a single invite link from the playlist's three-dot menu. Once a collaborator accepts, their profile appears on the playlist page, though they cannot change the title, description, or privacy settings.
Steps
- Sign in to youtube.com and select the Playlists tab from your channel.
- Find the playlist you want to share and click View full playlist.
- Click the three-dot menu below the playlist title and select Copy invite link.
- Share the link via email, Slack, or any messaging app with your collaborators.
- Once the invite is accepted, the collaborator's profile appears on the playlist page — they can add or remove videos but cannot edit the title, description, or privacy settings.
