How to Copy a Table in Notion

Here is how to copy your table in Notion:

‍

For a table block:

  1. Go to the table you wish to copy and click on the 6 dotted icon to view options.
  2. Select Duplicate.
  3. Your table has been duplicated. You can now drag, edit and modify this table independently.

For a full page table or database:

  1. If you have a full page database or a table you wish to copy. Locate the page and click on the three dotted icon for the menu.
  2. Go to Duplicate and choose if you wish to Duplicate with or without the same content. Click to duplicate.
  3. Your entire page will be duplicated. This can now be modified independently.
