Quick summary
You can copy a table in Notion by using the six-dot icon on a table block or the three-dot menu on a full-page database to access the Duplicate option. Both methods create an independent copy you can freely edit and reorganize without affecting the original.
Steps
- Navigate to the table block you want to copy and click the six-dot icon to open the block options menu.
- Select Duplicate from the menu to create a copy of the table block.
- Your table is now duplicated and can be dragged, edited, and modified independently from the original.
- To copy a full-page database, locate the page in your sidebar and click the three-dot icon to open the page menu.
- Go to Duplicate and choose whether to duplicate the page with or without existing content, then click to confirm.
- Your entire database page is duplicated and can now be modified independently.
