This demo shows you two quick ways to copy a YouTube link: via the browser address bar or the built-in Share button. Both methods work on any device and let you instantly share any YouTube video URL with anyone.
Steps
- Open youtube.com and navigate to the video you want to copy the link for.
- Click the address bar at the top of your browser to highlight the full URL.
- Press Ctrl + C on Windows or Cmd + C on Mac to copy the link.
- Paste it anywhere using Ctrl + V or Cmd + V to confirm it copied correctly.
- Alternatively, click the Share button below the video player and click Copy link to copy the standard shortened YouTube URL.
