Copying a Confluence page lets teams quickly duplicate existing content into a new space or parent page without rebuilding from scratch. The built-in Copy action in Confluence's More actions menu makes it fast to reuse page templates, meeting notes, or structured documents.
Steps
- Navigate to the Confluence page you want to duplicate.
- Click the ••• (More actions) menu in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select the "Copy" option from the dropdown menu to create a duplicate of your current page.
- Select the destination space and parent page for the copied page.
- Click the "Copy" button to finalize the process and save the duplicated page.
