This tutorial shows how to connect Xero to Microsoft Copilot Studio by adding it as a tool inside an AI agent. Once connected, your Copilot agent can access live Xero accounting data to answer finance-related queries automatically.
Steps
- Log in to Microsoft Copilot Studio and select Agents.
- Choose an agent to open and click on it.
- Scroll down, navigate to Tools, and click +Add tool.
- In the search bar, type Xero to begin adding Xero as a data source for your copilots.
- Press ENTER or click the airplane icon to submit the search.
- From the results, select Xero.
- Click Create new connection to integrate Xero and Copilot Studio.
- Click Create to confirm the connection between Copilot Studio and Xero.
