Quick summary
This tutorial shows how to connect Typeform to Google BigQuery using a Zapier automation, so every new form entry is automatically inserted as a row for analysis. By the end, you will have a live Zap that streams survey or form data directly into your BigQuery dataset without any manual exports.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to create a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Typeform as the trigger app.
- Select New Entry as the trigger event to fire the Zap on each form submission.
- Connect your Typeform account to authorize access.
- Add the form you want to monitor and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Zapier can pull a sample entry from Typeform.
- Search and select Google BigQuery as the action app.
- Select Create Row as the action event to insert data into BigQuery.
- Connect your Google BigQuery account to authorize access.
- Configure the action details — map Typeform fields to BigQuery columns — and click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm a row is successfully created in BigQuery.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
