Quick summary
The Webex Salesforce integration is installed directly from Salesforce AppExchange in just a few steps, from finding the listing to completing the package installation in your org. Once installed, the app appears under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages, ready to connect Webex collaboration features inside Salesforce.
Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Webex App for Salesforce.
- On the App listing page, click the Try It Free button.
- Select the Try in Sandbox option to continue.
- Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
- Log in to install the application in your Salesforce environment.
- Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
- Enter your Salesforce domain and click Continue.
- Choose who you are installing the app for and click Install.
- If prompted, approve Third Party Access and click Continue.
- Verify the installation by navigating to Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
