Quick summary
The Vonage Salesforce integration is installed directly from Salesforce AppExchange by finding the Vonage for Service Cloud listing and following a guided package installation flow. Once installed, the app appears under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages in your Salesforce org.
Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Vonage for Service Cloud.
- Click the Get it Now button on the listing page.
- Select Try in your sandbox to begin a sandbox installation.
- Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
- Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
- Click Use Custom Domain and enter your Salesforce custom domain.
- Add your custom domain name and click Continue.
- Choose which users to install the app for and click Install.
- Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finish.
- Confirm the installation by navigating to Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
