How to Connect Salesforce to Vonage

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Vonage for Service Cloud.
  2. Click the Get it Now button on the listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to begin a sandbox installation.
  4. Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain and enter your Salesforce custom domain.
  7. Add your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Choose which users to install the app for and click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finish.
  10. Confirm the installation by navigating to Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
