Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Talkdesk for Salesforce.
  2. Click the Try It Free button on the Talkdesk listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to begin the sandbox installation flow.
  4. Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce custom domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Choose the user profile scope for the installation and click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finalize permissions.
  10. Find your newly installed app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
