Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Talkdesk for Salesforce.
- Click the Try It Free button on the Talkdesk listing page.
- Select Try in your sandbox to begin the sandbox installation flow.
- Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
- Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
- Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce custom domain.
- Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
- Choose the user profile scope for the installation and click Install.
- Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finalize permissions.
