📌 Why this matters

Connecting Salesforce with Office 365 through the Q!365 AppExchange integration eliminates manual data entry by syncing emails, calendars, and contacts directly inside Salesforce. Sales teams gain a unified workflow where Microsoft 365 activity is automatically logged against the right CRM records, reducing context-switching and improving data accuracy. For organizations already invested in both the Salesforce and Microsoft ecosystems, this integration is a critical bridge that accelerates deal velocity and keeps revenue teams focused on selling rather than updating records.
