The iWave Salesforce integration is installed directly through Salesforce AppExchange in a few guided steps. This walkthrough covers everything from finding the listing to confirming the installed package in your Salesforce Settings.
Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for iWave for Salesforce.
- On the app listing page, click the Try It Free button.
- Select the Try in Sandbox option to continue.
- Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
- Log in and proceed to install the application in your Salesforce environment.
- Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
- Enter your Salesforce domain and hit Continue.
- Choose who you are installing the app for and click Install.
- If prompted, approve Third Party Access and hit Continue.
- Verify the installation by navigating to Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
