Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to connect Salesforce to Genesys:
Access
Salesforce AppExchange
and search for
CX Cloud from Genesys.
On the application page, select the
Try It Free
button.
Choose
Try in Sandbox
from the options menu.
Enter your contact details and click
Continue to Installation.
Proceed with login and installation setup.
Select
Use Custom Domain
for your Salesforce domain.
Enter your Salesforce domain and click
Continue.
Choose who you want the integrations for and hit
Install.
Accept Third Party Access and click
Continue.
Find installed apps under
Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
