Quick summary

The Formstack Salesforce integration is installed directly through the Salesforce AppExchange, allowing teams to build and manage native forms without leaving their CRM. This step-by-step process covers everything from finding the Formstack listing to completing the package installation in a sandbox or production org.

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Formstack - Native form builder.
  2. Click the Try It Free button on the Formstack listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to install in a sandbox environment.
  4. Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce custom domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Choose who you are installing the app for and click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to proceed.
  10. Find your installed package under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.

📌 Why this matters

Installing the Formstack native form builder from Salesforce AppExchange gives teams a powerful, no-code way to collect data, automate workflows, and manage form submissions directly inside Salesforce. By eliminating the need to switch between disconnected tools, the integration reduces manual data entry and keeps CRM records accurate and up to date. For operations, sales, and marketing teams, having forms that natively sync with Salesforce objects means faster lead capture, streamlined approval processes, and better data governance. This integration is a practical solution for any Salesforce org looking to extend its data collection capabilities without custom development.
