This guide walks you through installing the CloudTalk Salesforce integration directly from Salesforce AppExchange, from finding the listing to confirming the installed package in your org's Advanced Setup. The entire process takes just a few minutes and requires access to a Salesforce sandbox or production environment.
Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for CloudTalk.
- On the App page, click the Try It Free button.
- Select the Try in Sandbox option to continue.
- Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
- You are now set to log in and install the application.
- Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
- Add your Salesforce domain and hit Continue.
- Choose who you are installing the app for and hit Install.
- If prompted, approve Third Party Access and hit Continue.
- Find your app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
