How to Connect RingCentral with Salesforce

Use this interactive demo to learn how to install the RingCentral integration directly from Salesforce AppExchange.

The Salesforce RingCentral integration is installed directly through Salesforce AppExchange in just a few steps, from finding the listing to granting third-party access and confirming the installed package in your org's Advanced Setup.


Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for RingCentral for Salesforce.
  2. Click the Get It Now button on the listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to begin the installation in a sandbox environment.
  4. Verify your account information is correct, then click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce org's custom domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Select who you are installing the app for and click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finalize the installation.
  10. Confirm the installation by locating your app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
